COMMISSIONER DISTRICT SAHIWAL.

The agenda of meeting of District Planning & Design Committee comprises six numbers of
items to be considered in pursuance of Punjab Land Use plan (Classification, Re-classification & Re-
development) Rules 2020” and in pursuance of these rules permission from the District Planning & Design
Committee under the Chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner is required. The detail of items is as under:-

ITEM I: PREPARATION AND NOTIFICATION OF SITE DEVELOPMENT ZONES/

STRUCTURE PLAN FOR THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION SAHIWAL: In the light of Rule 23 of
Punjab Local Government Land Use Plan (Classification, Re-classification and Redevelopment) Rules 2020.
The case is placed before the committee for scrutinization and approval.

ITEM II: Horizon Oil Company Pvt.Ltd. (Baba Farid Filling Station) An application
submitted by Mr. Sajjad Hussain S/O Abdul Aziz, and Miss Sadia Saddaf W/O Ijaz Aslam on an area 02K-00M,
comprising Khewat No. 63, Khatooni No. 177-182, Khasra No. 51/21, in B/W 7-8 KM from Kassowall on
kakhan wali-kassowall road at Chak No. 116/7-CR, Tehsil Chichawatni District Sahiwal. The case is placed
before the committee for consideration and decision.

ITEM III: Flow Petroleum Pvt. Ltd. (Hadi Filling Station) An application submitted by Mr. Muahmmad
Ashraf S/O Muhammad Ali, on an area 02K-00M, comprising Khewat No. 128, Khatooni No. 413-423, Killa
No. 21, at Chak No. 143/9-L, on Nai wala Bangal road, Tehsil & District Sahiwal. The case is placed before the
committee for consideration and decision.

ITEM IV: Horizon Oils Pvt. Ltd. (Saddique Sons Petroleum Service) An application submitted by Mr.
Nadeem Aftab S/O Muhammad Saddique, on an area 02K-00M, comprising Khewat No. 313, Khatooni No.
485, Khasra No. 64/12, at Mauza Chak No. 93/12-L, On 90 More to Mian chanou via Murad More road in Km

ITEM V: Marquee (Taj Mehal) An application submitted by Mr. Mumtaz Ahmad S/O Muhammad
Ismial on an area 04K-00M, comprising Khewat No. 234/229, Khatooni No. 681-682, at Chak No. 133/9-L,
Tehsil & District Sahiwal. The case is placed before the committee for consideration and decision.

ITEM VI: National Hospital (Hospital) An application submitted by Mr. Khalid Aziz S/O Abdul Aziz
on an area 09-M-03-S, comprising Khewat No. 667, Khatooni No. 676, at Police Line , Tehsil & District
Sahiwal. The case is placed before the committee for consideration and decision.
