BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION

1.1 My clients appealed at the local municipality to retrive thje portion of stand
71 from both stand 71A and 71B to form a single stand has been a success. The
purpose to build a new conference center on Stand 71 can now take place as
planned,as it will attract to a greater extent the number of businesses to the pre-
existing BnB's.I have been informed/tasked by the client to provide a relevant
design solution for the new purpose confrence centre.
