Meeting Minutes

1. Brief Description of Deloitte Event

● The Deloitte event is scheduled for November 2, 2023.

● It will comprise industrial talks with Deloitte, aiming for a 3-hour interactive
session from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
● Venue most probably should be TMA PAI, and attendees are encouraged to
prepare questions for the interactive session.

2. TechIdeate Event Minor- Fix the Code

● It will feature a minor task of fixing code and a game with small codes,
incorporating 20-25 levels with a Halloween theme for added fun.

3. Social Event Planning

● Ginika ma’am has suggested organizing a social event following TechIdeate,

focusing on a social cause.
● All attendees are encouraged to share their ideas for the social event. Reach out
to the Tech and Events team with any suggestions.
Action Items

● Attendees are tasked with preparing thoughtful questions for the interactive
session with Deloitte.
