As an Assistant Immersion Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist the

Immersion Coordinator in supervising our HUMSS learners at the Work Immersion
Venue. You shall also assist in:
a. exercising supervision on learners doing Work Immersion in coordination with Work
Immersion Partner Institution Supervisor;

b. participating in the Joint Working Group of Work Immersion;

c. coordinating with the School Partnerships Focal Person learners’ activities and class
and venue schedules;

d. conducting the Pre-immersion and Post-immersion activities;

e. conducting regular visits to the venue to ensure that learners’ activities are properly
implemented; and

f. submitting report regularly to the Schools Partnership Focal Person on the completion
and performance of learners, performance of the Partner Institution, and issues and
concerns.
