ONE DAY AT ECO-HOSUE PUEBLA:

Hello, my name is Roberto, I am a visitor from Peru and I can say that Puebla is incredible!
When I arrived in Puebla, I learned and saw too much From this place, I was there for 2 days,
even if I stay there would be a dream come true!
The first thing that happened was that I took my flight to Puebla, I arrived and the bus dropped
me off at the hotel, when I wanted to take a bath, I realized that their showers work by means of
renewable energies, in this case they use solar and wind energy and the paper was
biodegradable.

After my bathroom I went with my tour guide called Miranda, she took me to the most ecologic
places I had ever known, first I went to see the organic gardens, they were quite large, then to
the central park, here there were many people use the 3r's We go to a social activities room
where there was a wide variety of things to do, at first they told us about the importance of
sustainability, they showed us the Environmental Progress Memorial and among so many
activities I chose to follow the rest of the tour by bike.

On the second day I getting ready to know the gastronomy, I observed that the vast majority of
the people who live in this place consumed more fruits and vegetables, so I opted to eat green
beans with egg and I love it!. At the end of the day I made a cheese sandwich with spinach and
coffee.
I've just left and I want to go back!

PLAN FOR A WEEK OF YOUR HOLIDAY:

Monday:
When we arrive we rest enough to be able to
start our adventure that same day, first we will
go for a walk along Emblematic Street:
Hidalgo Avenue is full of colorful mansions
and flowers always appear on their
balconies. Lanterns and large flower pots
accompany the walker as the path gradually
steepens.
Tuesday:
This day, having more time, we plan to visit two places
which are the Atlixco murals in the Municipal Palace,
they are a series of murals, most of them are the work
of the artist Juan Manuel Martínez Caltenco, which tell
various important moments in the history of Atlixco
telling the story in a graphic way and then going to
enjoy the famous Ximitl Ice Cream, the original chile en
nogada ice cream, the craft beer ice cream and the
Atlixquense sorbet, made with eggnog from the
Clarisas sisters
Wednesday:
This day we will go early to tour an old grain
farm here fermented at high temperatures.
The company's two beers, Saga and Osadía,
are made with water from the region and
have fruity flavors.
Later we will contemplate Popocatépetl.

Thursday: Friday: Saturday and Sunday:

For this day we organized to go eat cured meat
at the Benito Juárez Market because we found
that here the cured meat that this Magical Town
boasts is waiting at the Benito Juárez market
stalls. It is served in abundant plates with cactus
salad, roasted onions and avocado, one of the
fruits that is diligently grown in the surroundings.
We will also go to the Old Hospital of San Juan de
Dios to learn about its history.
We are very much looking forward to Friday's
arrival since this day we will visit the John
Naka Bonsai Museum in which he will teach us
a lot about these beautiful trees which
represent many good things. In the afternoon
we will pass through Colón Park, where we will
find monuments of Benito Juárez, Francisco
Pablo Vásquez and Isaac Ochoterena —
creator of modern biology in Mexico.
For this days we want to visit the Ex Convento
del Carmen, one of the oldest buildings in
Atlixco. There are a couple of museums where
the barefoot Carmelites once lived. The first is
the Museum of the Cultures of the Atlixco Valley,
where pre-Hispanic objects belonging to
different surrounding regions are exhibited.
And later we will climb Cerro de San Miguel to
see Atlixco from above.
