TO: All Prefects and Junior Prefects

SUBJECT: Prefect Training

Please be advised that Junior Prefect training will be held during the period of

Thursday, April 4, 2024 to Friday, April 5, 2024. This is to effectively prepare the

upcoming Grade 11 Prefects of Herbert Morrison Technical High School for the dutiful

tasks that are ahead of them. Uniform is mandatory for both days. All Junior Prefects

are being asked to exercise punctuality with regard to the following information:

Day 1

8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Day 2

8:30 a.m. – 2:35 p.m.

NB: For Day 2, Prefects in training are advised to bring a comfortable change of clothes

for physical activities. In addition, a $500 contribution is required from ALL prefects

in attendance.

All Grade 11 prefects are required to be present on Friday, April 5, 2024.
