WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND INTEREST

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GERARDO A. OXALES, Filipino of legal age, married and the actual occupant of the SSS
property located Lot 506-6-2-B-2-H,DURIAN VILLAGE,POBLACION,CALINAN,DAVAO CITY, hereby
waived my right and interest to repurchase the SSS property I am presently occupying located at the
abovementioned address covered by TCT No. 146-2016 005558 in favor of ALAN SARSALE
ESCALANTE, a resident of P-36 PARK AVE. CALINAN, DAVAO CITY, who will purchase the property
from the Social Security System

I promise to vacate the aforesaid property upon advice of the Social Security System.
