Implementation Reflection
Implementation Reflection
1. Did the children respond to your provocation the way you expected?
es, the provocation went well, the amount of time given was good (5 minutes
Y
for each group), and there were enough materials for students to prevent
bumping heads.
he students shared the materials and each created their own “aquarium” on
T
their own.
I would change the grouping of students (Julian and Arthur) because this did
create some tension so maybe pre-grouping them before coming to the table.
4. What learning did you observe happening when the children were engaged in
your activity?
I observed students organizing their animals and materials which connects back
to the standard K.PS.1 describing properties.
5. Include any pictures you took of the set-up and implementation of your
provocation experience.
