Junior Class Picnic

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Class of 2025 Cohort has organized a trip to Central Park for a Picnic/Science
Day. With food, games, physics learning activities, and more, students will be able to
enjoy the outdoors whilst learning science! There is no required fee for students to go on
this trip but we would greatly appreciate it if parents could donate food/drinks for our
students to enjoy. Parents, please check your email for the sign up genius link
to donate!

Please read the section below and return to Dr. Sommerfeld by April 12th. (No
form by 12th end of school day -no attendance, no exceptions.)

If you give permission for your student to walk to Central Park located at 1000 Krenek
Tap Rd, please sign below and include emergency contact information for that day. We
will be leaving Aggieland as a group at 8:00am and will return for lunch at 12pm.
Students can wear the school spirit shirt (or IL Texas polo) with uniform
bottoms or jeans with no rips or tears and tennis shoes. Any student not
following the dress code cannot attend and will be provided with an alternate schedule.

Parents, please send your child with the necessary outside accessories such as
sunscreen, water, etc. and make sure they have the proper attire as mentioned above.
Food will be provided ONLY if donation needs are met (so please donate).
