Based on our recent discussion with you, we are pleased to offer you a position in Experifun as STEM
‘Awareness Coordinator in Kadri, Anantapur
This will be a contractual position starting from 19" May,2022 til 15" August 2023 with monthly
compensation of Rs 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only)
‘This offer is contingent on you commencing contractual employment with the Company on or before 19
May, 2023. By accepting this offer, you expressly agree that you will join on such date, The terms of this
Jetter and this offer are valid for seven (7) days from the date of this letter. if we do not receive your
‘acceptance before the expiration of seven (7) days from the dale of this letter, or i, after your
acceptance of this offer, you have not joined the Company by DO\, the terms ofthis letter and this offer
wil be deemed to have been rejected by you, unless otherwise be communicated to you by the Company
in writing
In the event a government body/authority exercising its jurisdiction and statutory power/authority seeks
information pertaining to any aspect of your employment, the Company shall provide such information to
the goverment bodylauthority without any notfication to you. The foregoing shall be applicable to
information pertaining to your employment being shared in pursuance of statutory
requirements/compliance.
‘Your employment with Experifun will be governed by the attached Terms of Employment. You are
required to carefully read and understand these Terms of Employment as part of accepting this offer.
Experifun at its discretion may conduct verification andor background or reference checks, which may
‘occur at any time prior to or after your effective start date.
Please submit a copy of this letter, Annexure 1 - Benefit Details, Annexure 2 - Declaration and the Terms
of Employment, with your original signature on each page. Further, at the time of joining you are required
to provide all documentation identified in Annexure 3.

This document summarizes the benefits available to you. The Company may, at its sole discretion, alter,
‘amend or delete any of these benefits at any time. Any applicable taxes or additional cost against these
benefits will be recovered or withheld from the employee. These benefits will be subject to the following
conditions:
Basic — 18,000/- per month
Performance Allowance —2,000/- per month
‘Travel Allowance — Petrol Expenses
Leave - You are allowed to take monthly 1 leave. Leave will carry forward in case not taken in previous
month,
Performance variable — Variable will be calculated based on the employee's performance for previous
month while adhering to the company rules & regulations (mentioned below) & timely submission of
documents.
Notice Period — Ether party has to provide 20 days of advance notice in wring tothe other party forthe
termination of tis employment contract.
Rules & regulations - Agreement is to ensure that your experience is productive and beneficial for both
the parties.
4. While working in assigned school, as Experifun contractual employee, you need to follow the
rules to keep the school environment intact.
Not to indulge in activity prohibited by school on the campus
Not to indulge in activity with children which is prohibited by protection of children from sexual
offence act, 2012
‘Take permission from school authority before conducting any activity with children
Provide documents as and when required by your manager
Follow the process of data entry and record keeping on daily basis
Complete the work assigned by your manager other than school work on or before the time:
