Re: ENGAGEMENT PROPOSAL FOR THE FILING OF PETITION FOR

CORRECTION OF CLERICAL ERROR IN THE CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE

Dear MR. TACCABBAN:

This has reference to the engagement of our legal services for the handling of
PETITION FOR CORRECTION OF CLERICAL ERROR IN THE CERTIFICATE OF
MARRIAGE to be filed before the appropriate Local Civil Registrar in Makati City where
the record of your Marriage Certificate is kept.

This will confirm our acceptance of your petition, subject to the following terms
and conditions:

A. FEES

a. ENGAGEMENT FEE – We shall charge a legal engagement fee in the

amount of THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P 3,000.00) for said petition which is
understood to cover our acceptance, review and legal research and fling of
the necessary pleadings and motions on the client's behalf. The aforesaid fee
shall be non-refundable. For purposes of payment of said fee, half of said
amount or ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 1,500.00) shall
be payable upon the client's conformity to this Agreement. The remaining
balance in the sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php
1,500.00) shall be paid ONE (1) MONTH after the first payment.

b. APPEARANCE FEE, CONFERENCE FEE AND REPRESENTATION FEE -

An appearance fee of Five Thousand Pesos (P 5,000.00) shall be paid to us
for every attendance necessary; said appearance fee shall be payable on the
date/s set for such appearance, even if the hearing did not proceed on the
said dates, without fault on our part; in the event of postponements which you
or any of your representatives may initiate, you agree to bear the
postponement fee required for such.

c. PLEADING FEE - A fee of Two Thousand Pesos (P 2,000.00) shall be paid

to us for every pleading filed in the appropriate forum; said pleading fee shall
be payable on the date/s set for filing of the said pleading.

d. OTHER EXPENSES - Other expenses such as filing, publication, ex-parte

and other fees shall be on the account of the Client.

e. SUCCESS FEE - waived

B. OUR OBLIGATIONS

1. We agree to keep you informed of the status of your Petition;

 2. We agree to keep you informed of the laws pertinent to your faction, the
available causes of action, and attendant risk;
3. We shall notify you promptly of any developments in your Petition, including
necessary appearances: We will be available for meetings and cellphone
conversation with you at mutually convenient times; and
4. We agree to supply you with relevant pleadings and other papers as they are
prepared, unless you agree to the contrary.

C. THE CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS

To enable us to effectively render the services contemplated and to make

informed recommendations for appropriate legal action to best protect your rights and
interest, you agree to disclose fully and accurately all facts and provide us with all
documents relevant to, arising out of or prepared/received in connection with the matter.
You have agreed to cooperate fully with us and to make yourself or your representatives
available to attend meetings, discovery proceedings and conferences, hearings, and
such other proceedings. We will attempt to schedule depositions, hearings, etc. in
consideration of your convenience and or any of your witnesses, subject, however, to
the availability of the court's calendar and all others matters surrounding the nature of
litigation.

D. COVERAGE

The foregoing legal engagement shall cover proceedings before the Civil
Registrar or court of origin and shall not include an appellate proceeding before the
higher courts.

E. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND UNDERSTANDING

1. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement in its entirety, have had
opportunity to consider its terms, and have had full and satisfactory explanation
of the same and fully understand its terms and agree to such terms.

2. You fully understand and acknowledge that there are no additional or different
terms or agreements other than those expressly set forth in this written
agreement.

F. INTERPRETATION AND VARIATION

This letter represents the entire terms and conditions of your engagement with us
subject to any variation in the future. Any variation of the terms and conditions
contained in this letter must be made in writing and be by mutual agreement.

G. AGREEMENT

If you wish to accept the proposal as offered, please sign at the foot of the
duplicate copy of this correspondence indicating your agreement to all of the
above and return it to us on or before 15 May 2023.
