1. Choose 3 among the given contributions of technology that you think are most
effective in operations management.

● I choose Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, Internet of things (IoT)

and Cloud Computing because I believe that these technologies are the
most effective in enhancing operations management by enabling real-time
monitoring, scalability, flexibility, automation, and data-driven decision
making.

2. What do you think are the hindrances or challenges you may encounter among the
3 contributions you have chosen?

● I think the hindrances or challenges that may be encountered in Data

Analytics and Business Intelligence are ensuring data accuracy, data
privacy and security, and skilled workforce. And the hindrances or
challenges of Internet of Things are connectivity and interoperability,data
overload, security and privacy and lastly the hindrances or challenges of
Cloud Computing are the data governance and compliance, vendor-lock in,
and performance and reliability. Addressing these challenges requires
careful planning, investment in infrastructure security measures, and a
focus on data governance and talent acquisition. Organizations should
also stay updated on evolving regulations and best practices in order to
effectively leverage these technologies while mitigating associated risks.
