Company Description
Ukit Brista has Starbucks and Yardstick Coffee as the main competitors in
the area, as they offer a wide range of good-quality coffee that made their names
known to the public. Our business will provide a unique experience and an
opportunity for customers to create their own artwork through ceramic painting
while enjoying affordable and quality coffee. The experience will allow customers
to express themselves creatively and bring their pieces of art with them, which is
not possible with traditional coffee shops.
Ukit Barista has an estimated 20,000 target population, given its location
near a tourist destination. Our target market will be local and tourist customers
between 15 to 60 years of age, both men and women.
To reach customers outside the local area of our business, we will use social
media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. We will also display a banner and
tarpaulin in front of our shop to promote our business venture, increase attraction
and boost sales. We will also use Food panda and the Grab Food apps where
customers can order and buy our products online.
The Management Team for Ukit Barista includes General Manager, Head
Barista, and Marketing Manager. They will be in charge of the daily operations of
the coffee shop and report to the Board of Directors.
The Company Structure will consist of the Board of Directors, including the
Chief Executive Officer/ Owner, Finance Manager, Operations Manager, Product

Ukit Barista is the ideal place where you can both relax and enjoy while
away for a few hours. Ukit Barista serves you not just coffee but can accompany
you while enjoying our activity. To pair with these delicious beverages, Ukit
Baristas also have activities while drinking your favorite coffee. We allow making
your art pottery after you purchase our Venti Iced Coffees. You can get 1 pot and
a complete set of painting materials for you to enjoy. Our product is a little pricey
but we will make sure that you will enjoy it and it will be worth it. We are also
looking forward to growing our business and having branches sooner.
Company History
Way back in 2020, Ukit Barista opened its first branch in Tagaytay City.
Serving good quality espresso-based drinks, Ukit Barista aims to provide
excellent coffee and gracious service creating a memorable experience for
people who loves coffee and art. The Ukit Barista nature blend is composed of
50% Arabica coffee that is imported from Brazil and 50% Robusta coffee from
Sumatra. This combination gives you coffee that is very flavorful and aromatic.
The Ukit Barista, inspired by our own idea. We combined coffee and art to double
the relaxation while drinking coffee and create own art.
