1. Just boil some mung/chana/rajma and add salt, pepper,
green chutney, cucumber, tomatoes, onion and some murmura to make a bhel 2. Make a marinate using curd, some salt and chilli powder. Marinate paneer cubes in the mix for 30mins. Shallow fry the paneer on a non-stick Tawa. you can have it with some salad or make a roll using a roti 3. Soak the required amount of soy chunks in some hot water. Squeeze the water out and then roast the chunks in some oil. Add spices as needed. Enjoy them with some salad or have them with roti. 4. add 30g of chia seeds in 250ml curd. Mix them well. Put them in the fridge for 4-6 hours. Add some nuts and kishmish on top before serving. 5. Boil aloo and chana/mung. Mash them together. add some spices. Make tikkis out of them. Shallow fry them on a non stick pan. Have it on its own with some curd or as a sandwich or a roti roll.
