1. Just boil some mung/chana/rajma and add salt, pepper,

green chutney, cucumber, tomatoes, onion and some
murmura to make a bhel
2. Make a marinate using curd, some salt and chilli powder.
Marinate paneer cubes in the mix for 30mins. Shallow fry
the paneer on a non-stick Tawa. you can have it with
some salad or make a roll using a roti
3. Soak the required amount of soy chunks in some hot
water. Squeeze the water out and then roast the chunks
in some oil. Add spices as needed. Enjoy them with some
salad or have them with roti.
4. add 30g of chia seeds in 250ml curd. Mix them well. Put
them in the fridge for 4-6 hours. Add some nuts and
kishmish on top before serving.
5. Boil aloo and chana/mung. Mash them together. add
some spices. Make tikkis out of them. Shallow fry them
on a non stick pan. Have it on its own with some curd or
as a sandwich or a roti roll.
