• Basic Rate : 1,35,000/‐Rs. +18% GST +Freight
• IGST TAX : 18%
• Freight /Transits Insurance: As per actual paid by the Buyer party at site to Transporter.
• Dispatch: 03‐04 days after the confirm order with payment dated.
• Payment: 100% advance required along with order copy.
Detail terms as per below mentioned :‐
• ERECTION & COMMISSIONING:‐Erection & Commissioning are not included in the price. We
are not provide the service engineer at your site for Erection, Commissioning and impart training to
your operator and give necessary instruction.
• WARRANTY:‐06 months from the date of dispatch against any manufacturing defects. This
warranty does not apply to the items of normal wear & tear, rubber parts etc. For bought items the
warranty will be governed as per vendors warranty clause. Under no circumstances whatsoever
shall the seller be responsible for defect in quality, workmanship or performance beyond the
guarantee of Seller’s suppliers of such items. During the warranty both side freight provide by the
Buyer party.
• PAYMENT :‐ 100% advance payment along with the Purchase Order by demand draft / At per
cheque/RTGS in our A/c. by any nationalized or international bank.

• FREIGHT / TRANSPORT MODE TRANSIT INSURANCE:‐Will be borne by the purchaser, as our

rates are Ex – Works Mehsana‐Visnagar, Gujarat, India. If any permits or custom clearance or
dispatch regarding any documents require shall be submitted prior to dispatch. Any assistance or
help/guidance regarding to insurance or transportation require by the customers can be arranged
by us if informed in advance before one week. For easy & quick dispatch schedule we recommend
to fulfill these formalities in advance.
• PACKING: As per our submitted quotation we will not provide the wooden box packing. It’s
solid body made. So not required any tough packing It has not single items will break/damage
possible during the transportation. We will pack with suitable Wrapping also with good quality
made plastic.
• DELIVERY : ‐Ex our works Mehsana‐Visnagar, Gujarat , within , within 04 to 05 days after receipt
of your technically & commercially firm order along with advance payment.
• INSPECTION :‐The goods will be offered for inspection to the buyer or his authorized
representative at our works before dispatch if so required. The inspection will be carried out by the
buyer at his own cost within 04 days from the date of inspection call regarding the readiness of the
goods. The good will be inspected as per the detail given in the Purchase Order.
It is not possible to conduct load trial run, only no load trial will be given. Any delay in inspection
beyond the stipulated period shall mean that the inspection is not required and further action for
payment release and dispatch will be made.
• CANCELLATION OF ORDER :‐Once the order for machine is placed, It is not be cancelled for any
reason whatsoever, in case of cancellation, the entire amount of the Advance will be forfeited.
• JURISDITION :‐Any dispute of differences arise between the parties hereto in connection with
the contract or obligation of the parties there under shall be referred to single arbitration in
accordance with the provisions of Indian Arbitration Act 1940 or any statutory modifications or re‐
enactment thereof. The contract is subject to MEHSANA, Gujarat, India JURISDICTION only.
