1.) Introduction:
A chat application is a software platform or mobile application that allows users to
engage in real-time text-based, voice, or video conversations over the internet. These
applications have become increasingly popular for both personal and business
communication. Chat applications provide a convenient way for people to connect,
share information, and collaborate, regardless of their physical location.
Chat applications have evolved significantly over the years, offering various features
and functionalities. They have become an integral part of modern communication,
transforming the way people interact, work, and connect with each other. Whether for
personal or professional use, chat applications have become indispensable tools for
staying in touch in our increasingly interconnected world.

2.) Aim: Prepare a Chat Application.

3.) Course Outcomes:

a.) Develop programs using GUI Framework (AWT and Swing).
b.) Handle events of AWT and Swings components.
c.) Develop Java programs using networking concepts.
d.) Develop programs using database.
e.) Develop programs using Servlets.

4.) Proposed Methodology:

Procedure that we will adopt during the completion of micro-project is as
follows:
 Firstly, we will discuss about our topic to build a website for online
shopping.
 Then as we will distribute the work in all team members, and everyone
will start working on their part of Microproject.
 Then everyone will present his part in front of other group member and
with everyone' approval we will make micro project.
 Finally, the copy submitted to the concerned course coordinator.
