Respected Madam/Sir,

We the owners of the above-mentioned premises are deeply aware of the fact
that we have a huge amount of tax pending against our property. We are deeply
regretting the matter, but due to some unfortunate circumstances we have failed to
pay the taxes timely. We are aware that the KMC has issued notice against our
premises regarding the unpaid tax, so we want to appeal to you to listen to our
issue about the unpaid taxes. So please don’t take any immediate action & allow us
to express our concern regarding this matter by conducting a meeting with you. We
pay the pending tax with some installment and We don't want any legal
proceedings against K.M.C.
