Less Time Together:

1/ Greater reliance on technology for communication and entertainment has led to social
isolation and virtual interactions. In other words, Face-to-face interactions are being replaced by
virtual connections like accessing the internet, playing games or using social medias, This can
lead to less time spent engaging in face-to-face interactions with friends, family, and colleagues.
Thus create a barrier, distancing us from the people we care about most.

interactions, Instead of engaging in meaningful conversations and activities with others,
individuals may be more focused on their devices. Which leads them to feelings of loneliness
and isolation. Besides, this may affect on the quality and depth of human relationships.
For example, In class meeting some people are always gluing to their smartphone. This makes
the others feel uncomfortable and drive them to the nut.

The widespread use of technological devices has brought many significant changes in societal
behaviors. To be specific, the convenience of technology has altered how people approach daily
tasks and activities in their daily basic. From Online shopping, virtual meetings, entertaiment to
problems solving, navigation or anythings else people could think of. The individuals
increasingly rely on digital solutions, which can have both positive and negative effects on
behavior.
A common example of this is using GPS to know directions to any desired location, many
citizens today don’t bother to learn or memorize directions because they rely on GG maps for
that, in many ways it’s not a good road we’re on.
Technology addiction:
One big worry about gadgets is how they can make people addicted.
When you get likes or good comments on social media and notifications, it feels good right
away, Right? This quick happiness can make people want to keep checking their devices all the
time. Furthermore, some Studies have found that spending too much time on screens can make
your brain feel like you're getting rewarded, it looks like when people’re using drugs. As the
result, you really want to keep using your devices, even if it's hard to control how much you use
them, and this will have detrimental effects on your health.
