EARTH WORK

1. (a) Earthwork excavation for foundation for walls, steps, Cft.

2. (b) Earthwork filling with available earth to the foundation

and basement, yard leveling, below flooring including
water and compacting in layers of approved thickness. Cft.

3. Carting away surplus earth boulders rubbish etc., to

distance place away from site. Cft.

4. Providing anti termite soil treatment for foundation

trenches, DPC soil along junctions of walls and floor,
flooring and soil around external perimeter of the building
all as per the detailed specifications at the ground floor
level. The treatment will be as per IS specification with
reputed agencies like PCI, including the guarantee period
and certification. Sft.

CONCRETE WORK

5. Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 below

flooring or foundation bed using coarse graded aggregate
of 40mm and downsize and compacted using wooden or
cast-iron rammers including curing, etc. complete –
Ground floor Cft.

6. Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 for Cft.

Damp proof coarse (DPC of thickness not more than
75mm using graded aggregate of 20mm and down size
mixed with water proof compound of ROFF or equivalent
approved make fixed/laid as per manufacturer’s
instructions and compacted using wooden or cast iron
rammers including necessary shuttering, curing, etc.
 complete – Ground floor.

7. RCC 1:1:2 using 1” graded granite aggregate, good quality

M sand shall be used

a) Footing concrete CC 1:1:2 Cft.

b) For columns CC 1:1:2 Cft.

c) For slope roof Cft.

d) For roof beams CC 1:1:2 Cft.

e) Lintels/Arch lintels, etc. CC 1:2:4 Cft.

8. Providing and fabricating steel reinforcements HYSD tor of

various dia of grade Fe 500 (JSW) confirming to IS code
including straightening cutting, bending, lapping,
hooking, and / or welding wherever required, placing in
position tying with black annealed double fold binding
wire of approved quality and 18 gauge including the cost
of binding wire anchoring to the adjoining members
wherever necessary including all laps and wastages, cost
of tools, all lead and lift charges etc., complete for all
floors at all heights. Work will include providing precast
cement cover blocks for main reinforcements (per IS Code) MT

9. Providing and constructing size stone masonry for Cft.

foundation of peripheral walls, basement, retaining wall
 etc. with bond stones, built in cement mortar 1:8
including curing etc. complete.

10. Providing and constructing solid Block with approved

quality block of standard size in cement mortar 1:6 with
necessary scaffolding and curing for super structure etc.
complete for walls etc. – Ground & First floors. Cft.

PLASTERING WORKS

11. Providing plastering to ceiling, beams, etc. with cement

mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick with necessary scaffolding,
rounding of all the corners wherever necessary smooth
rendering with quality lime rendering, curing, etc.
complete for all heights – Ground, First, Second & Terrace
Floors and above. Sft.

12. Providing internal wall plastering to walls/beams/

columns etc. in cement mortar 1:6 12 mm thick including
providing and removing scaffolding rounding of all
corners wherever required smooth rendering with quality
lime rendering, curing, etc. complete for all heights -
Ground, First, Second, Terrace Floors and above. Sft.

13. Providing External wall plastering to walls/beams/

columns, chajjas, etc., in cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm thick
including providing and removing scaffolding rounding off
all corners wherever required smooth rendering, etc.
complete with sponge finish as per specifications. Sft.

FLOORING WORKS

14. Providing and laying cement finished floor for flagging Sft.
 areas in cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded
aggregate to a thickness of 2” to 3” to a proper slope and
finished with cement mortar 1:6 on the top surface
including false marking, complete (for garage and setback
area)

15. Providing and laying Vitrified tiles or wooden tiles for

flooring using of approved quality color set on a bed of
20mm thick CC 1:8 suitably roughened, including cement
slurry and pointing of joints with white cement mixed
with necessary pigment to match using oxalic acid wash
etc. Sft.

16. Providing &fixing skirting 4” high including necessary

chasing the walls, including acid washing, filing with
necessary color pigment, etc. complete. Rft.

17. Providing and fixing flooring for staircase steps (tread and
risers) using Polished granite slabs of 19mm thickness
one single piece for each steps front rounded or patterned
as per design and drawings with nosing and set in cement
mortar 1:6 proportion including laying, curing etc.
complete. The Contractor should take into account the
cost of the stone, cutting charges to the required size with
corner right angle.

18. Providing Ceramic wall tiles of approved make, color and size
for walls set in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed with
 cement mortar 1:6 mixed with color oxide to match the
color of tiles and finished nicely with acid wash etc.
complete. The tiles are to be laid in the approved pattern.

a) For walls of all the toilets (up to 7’0” height) Sft.

b) For walls in the kitchen (up to 2’0” above platform) Sft.

WOOD WORKS

19. Providing and fixing teak wood for main door & puja
door (Main Door size 9’X4’) as per approved drawings,
specifications and directions using 4”x 5” frame work
made to design and fixed in the masonry with 1½”x ½” x
¼” MS Hold fasts 9” long 2 No. on either side embedded
in cement concrete 1:3:6 as per standard procedure with
fully paneled shutters with styles and rails of 1½” thick
and panels of 1¼” and also an overlay/inlay as per
drawing including main door lock. Sft.

20. Providing and fixing Doors approved quality cft.

honneywood (All Door’s size 7’X3’) as per design and
drawings with woodwork of size 3”x 5” made to design
and fixed in the masonry with MS hold fasts 2 Nos. on
either side embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 as per
drawing. For all internal doors and toilet doors will be
 flush laminate doors.

21. Providing and fixing windows and ventilators of all UPVC

Windows as per design and drawings with made to
design and fixed in the screws. Sft.

22. Providing and fixing all windows and ventilators MS grills

fabricated all as per the design and drawings including
two coats of synthetic enamel painting of approved color
and shade over one coat of primer etc., complete. Sft.

WATER PROOFING WORKS

24. Providing and laying integral cement based chemical

water proofing treatment over RCC roof slab for sunken
slab by cleaning the surface and spreading cement slurry
over the surface in cement mortar 1:4 admixed with water
proofing compound of approved make (Fosroc or Dr.fixit
build plast chemicals) used laid to required gradients and
slope, with all necessary curing etc. complete. Sft.

PAINTING WORKS

25. Providing Premium emulsion painting to internal walls

and ceilings of approved make (Asian Paint) color and
shade two coats over one coat of approved primer and two
coats of putty. The original surface shall be scrapped and
rubbed with sandpaper of zero size, all small holes, nails,
open joints and minor defects of every kind shall be
stopped by putty. Before applying subsequent cost of
paint, the surfaces shall be dried and lightly rubbed down
smooth with sandpaper dusted. For both the costs of
painting rollers shall be used. Putty made from whitening
with zinc oxide and glue and cement primer shall be
used. Complete for all heights including providing and
removing scaffolding. Sft.

26. Providing two coats of waterproof cement painting anti Sft.

fungus paint for external use of approved make (Apex
paint) quality color and shade over one coat of primer.
 The surface should be thoroughly cleaned and wetted
before painting and the painting and curing should be
done as per manufacturers specifications including
necessary scaffolding and cleaning of paint stains
wherever necessary etc, complete for all heights.

27. Providing and painting of two coats of Melamine polish of

approved brand and shade over a coat of wood primer
sand papering surfaces removing loose burs, dust, dirt,
repairing dents, holes, cracks etc., applying a coat of
putty, etc. for teak wood doors. Sft.

28. Providing and applying synthetic enamel painting for

bedroom doors and windows of approved make (Asian
paint) quality, color shade two coats over one coat of
primer etc. complete.

MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

29. Providing and fixing SS railing with glass for inside

staircase & SS railing for balconies made out of 1 mm
thick square tubes or round tubes 25mm square section
vertical for every step and hand rail with 50mm dia thick
SS round tube welded on top all as per the drawing all as Sft.
 per the instructions and directions of the employer etc.
complete including SS design in-between vertical
members as per the detailed drawings etc. complete (final
specification of grill will be done after completion of
grill/railing drawing).

30. Providing and fixing in position machine cut Marble

cooking slab of approved color and shape 20mm thick as
per specifications etc. the quoted amount should include
for providing bull nosing or patterned as per design, edge
cutting, polishing, etc. including cost of cutting granite for
fixing sink etc. Complete with jointing materials neatly
finished. Sft.

INTERIORS WORK (wood work) :-

KITCHEN Cabinets
Supply and installation of Kitchen cabinets made of 16mm and 12mm
backing BWP ply of Termite/water proof ply with 1mm laminate
externally of the make Ebco or Equivalent and 0.8mm frosty white
laminate internally of make waterproof laminate. Hardware and
kitchen accessories of the make Ebco .Kitchen cabinets are as per
approved design.

KITCHEN Overhead Cabinets

Supply and Installation of Overhead Cabinets made of 16mm BWP
Termite/water proof ply with 0.8 laminate internally and 1mm
laminate is of the make Ebco with necessary hardware and fixtures of
the make Ebco. Overhead cabinets are as per approved design.

Television Panel In Living Room

Supply and Installation of TV panel made of 16mm Termite/water
proof Ply, 1mm laminate , 4mm teak veneer of approved shade with
hardware of make Ebco.
BEDROOM WARDROBs
Supply and Installation of Bedrooms bed wardrobe made of 16mm
 Termite/water proof ply, as per the design with necessary sliders.
POP/ FALSE CEILING
Providing POP/ False Ceiling as per approved design

Note: 1. The Client has to pay extra for extra works which is not included in
the Quote.
2. The Client shall provide water facility at the work spot and also arrange
for electricity connection during the construction period at his cost.
3. The client has to pay all the expenses (department fee, service charges) for
the map/ drawings approval from concerned authorities.
