REDEEMER BAPTIST SCHOOL 26" November 2023 TO: Parents and Guardians RE: Annual Service of Worship 2023 Monday 4" December 2023 Dear Parents/Guardians Our venue for this year's Annual Service of Worship is Hillsong Church Convention Centre Hillsong Hills Campus 1-5 Solent Circuit, Baulkham Hills Please be seated by about 6,30pm for the Annual Service of Worship to commence with a Prelude of Song from the whole School choir at 6.45pm. The Service also includes presentations for academic, sporting and leadership awards. There are also awards recognising outstanding improvement. Make this a priority for your calendar. It is the most important occasion in the whole Schoot year. It is mandatory for parents to attend the Annual Service of Worship — and you will want to come as your children have worked hard to create an occasion that honours you for placing them in Redeemer Baptist School. This will be a wonderful way to celebrate life together at School in 2023 at the start of this Christmas season. Bring the whole family. Our guest speaker this year is Stephen McAlpine. Steve has degrees in journalism and theology — and enjoys combining the two through writing and blogging. He won SparkLit's Australian Christian Book of the Year award in 2021. Steve has also been involved in Christian schooling as a board member of Swan Christian Education Association in Perth. A reminder to all School families that this last day of School is compulsory. School does not conclude until the end of the Annual Service of Worship.
