FEE PAYMENT DETAILS:

 60% payment of the committed fee and Dhobi fee is mandatory while
reporting
 20% payment while going for Dussehra holidays
 Remaining 20% payment while going for Pongal holidays

DOCUMENTS TO BE REQUIRED / SUBMITTTED:

 Submission of SSC Original Long Memo is mandatory while reporting.
 NEET HT.No, Inter 2nd year HT.No will be required for student data entry.
 Passport size photos to be required for filling the Profile card and visiting card
1) Student Photos – 4 nos.
2) Parents / Guardians / Visitors Photos – 2 nos.

CHECK LIST FOR HOSTELLERS:

 Pillow, bed sheets and blankets
 Bucket and Mug
 Plate, Milk mug and tumbler for dining
 Water bottle
 Trunk box with lock
 Hand wash
 Hand sanitizer
 Face masks
 Mosquito repellents

NOTE: - Students are solely responsible for their belongings. Management is not
responsible for any loss or theft.
HOSTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
 Parents are allowed to the hostel room only on reporting day
 Rooms once allotted to the students will not be changed except on special
situations with the permission of the principal
 Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the campus. Wardens may inspect any
room at any time.
 Gold ornaments and valuables are strictly prohibited. Management is not
responsible for any loss or theft.
 All rooms, washrooms, common areas should be kept clean.
 The use of electrical appliances such as immersion heaters, hair dryers, kettles,
vaporisers etc are forbidden.
 In case of damage to loss of hostel property the cost will be recovered from the
students responsible for such damage or loss.
 Silent hours in the hostel will be from 11 pm to 5 am.
 Parents / Guardians / visitors will not be allowed in the campus without visiting
card issued by the management.
 Parents / Guardians / Visitors are allowed to visit their wards as per the
following timings
 On working days 1 pm to 2 pm and 5 pm to 6 pm
 On holidays 12:30 pm to 2 pm and 5 pm to 6 pm
 Parents / Guardians / Visitors are not allowed in the campus after 6 pm and
during teaching hours / study hours.
 Students will be sent for outing only with their parents not with anybody else.
 Any breach of rules will lead to enquiry and disciplinary action / cancel the
admission.
