BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 12

“ A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ALFREDO C. SUMABAT, PUNONG BRGY. AND RODELIE E.

DANGCALAN, BRGY. TREASURER OF BRGY. MANTAHAN, SOUTHERN LEYTE TO UPDATE THE
ACCOUNTS MAINTAINED AT THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES - MAASIN
BRANCH, MAASIN CITY SOUTHERN LEYTE UNDER THE ACCOUNT NAME : BRGY. MANTAHAN,
MAASIN CITY, SOUTHERN LEYTE AND BE THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES TO ALL THE
TRANSACTIONS THEY MAY ENTER AT THE BANK.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Mantahan, Maasin City, Southern Leyte , one of
their session assembled, do hereby agreed that Punong Barangay Alfredo C. Sumabat and the newly appointed
Barangay Treasurer Rodelie E. Dangcalan must update the bank account of the Barangay and comply all the
necessary documentary requirements.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Mantahan, Maasin City, Southern Leyte Bank Account need to
be update for the effective and efficient barangay administration.

NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Hon. Nimfa C. Lolo and the duly seconded by
Hon. Leonilo M. Reyes, Jr., be it resolved the Update of Bank Account of Barangay Mantahan,
Maasin City, Southern Leyte.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution be furnished the appointee, the
office of the Punong Barangay and the DILG City Office for their information and guidance.

Unanimously approved this 1st day of April 2024 during the regular session of the
Sangguniang Barangay held at the Office of the Sangguniang Barangay Mantahan.
