R: Certainly, ma’am. Have you made any reservation or are you a walk in guest?
G: I made a reservation online this friday.
R: Alright, ma’am. May I have your full name please?
G: Sure. My name is Petit Bacud.
R: Thank you for that information. Can I have your confirmation number and valid ID?
G: Yeah, sure. My confirmation number is 10600. Here’s my passport ID.
R: One moment, Ms. Petit, Please excuse me for a moment. I will check if you’re on our
hotel system. (After a minute) Upon checking, we have a reservation under Petit Bacud
and you’re staying here for 2 nights from May 1 until May 3 and you reserved a deluxe
king room with a queen size bed. Is that correct?
G: Yes, that’s right.
R: Thank you, Ms. Petit. Can you please check if all the information is correct before
signing here at the bottom of this form?
G: Yes, sure.

at the bottom? This helps us create and register your membership details and provide
you with our Aloha Membership Card.
