• Previously worked in M/s Topcem Cement Ltd. l, as CCR operator in Process department
since 2nd Feb 2010 to 20th Sep 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operation and controlling of process parameters of Kiln, Ball Mills(Cement mill, Coal Mill, Raw
Mill).VRM and VRPM. • Plant
Operation through ABB and Siemens DCS Control System from CCR.
• Knowledge regarding Ball mills (Cement mill, Coal Mill, Raw Mill).
• Excellent relationship management & negotiation skills with the ability in imparting continuous
training to the team.
• Always try to regulate coal consumption and good clinker quality.
• Maintain good communication with all departments and side. patrollers for better performance.
• Experience in plant shutdown works ( like kiln brick lining, castable work, cooler work, media top-
up work etc.).
• Grinding media segregation and charging work of ball mills.
• Monitoring for wide range of equipment vintage.
 • Provide leadership & technical direction to skilled labour performing work on site.
• Prepare timely & accurate technical reports for records and a reference for future outages .
• Air flow measurement through manometer.
• Taking drop test of weigh feeders.
