Brief description

As a part of our continuous product improvement and extension of the protection beyond the
standard warranty, we would like to inform you that our current 12/24-months maintenance kits for
HS100/200 (Refs.: 16890/250-12 and 16890/250-24) and 300SR (Refs.: 16930/250-12 and
16930/250-24) must be updated.

With the new maintenance kits, we include the new tubing set, related to the waste solution from
cuvette wash station and well wash. In addition, the membranes for all types of vacuum pumps are
included in the new maintenance kits.

See maintenance and OQ (Operational Qualification) protocols.

Instruction / Procedure

Please read the updated work instructions included in the maintenance kits carefully. There you will
find all current information on how to perform the 12- and 24- months maintenance correctly.

Note:

One important part of the maintenance procedure is the decontamination process and the OQ.
Hence, you will need 4 bottles of our HC-Acute (50ml) (Ref.: 17400/56) in addition to the 12- or 24-
months maintenance kit, as well as the necessary materials to perform the OQ.

Therefore, it is required to read the protocol carefully before you travel to the customer.
