ABSTRACT
The domain we selected is “ seeding funnel \seed tranformer” .Now a days many farmers
facing different types of seed sowing problems.so as to overcome this problem ,we have
chosen our concept based on problem .The Seeding Funnel which is made of iron pipe and
funnel type bowl which is attached to the iron plough ,which is useful to do the ploughing
work and seeding work at atime by only one person at a time.This product is mainly to sow
the light weight seeds like sea-sum,coriander etc it can work in all types of soils with out
damage.

Design Research
1.1 Domain Space
Our design space in agriculture sector.for sowing seeds ,fertilizing of crops
such this needs we selected the seeding funnel,as we know most of the framers
are facing problems in sowing seeds,as many farmers follow the traditional
method using wooden plough and bulls.they generally plough the field
preparing ready for seeding and they just sow seeds ,by following this method
it takes more seed and unwanted plants will grow.

1.2 Research Gap

. our design is seeding funnel ,we see most of the farmers are facing
problem in which there is no proper idea in agriculture that they is to
follow the old

traditional method ,which resuits in access use of seeds.

. The seeding funnel is a special idea which makes the farmers to their

farming easily and even identify the problem. It is our hope that this things
might give a solution for most of the farmers to become easy in their work

1.3 Ethnography study using A.E.I.O.U

General Impressions/Observations

My activity is about that how farmers facing problems in sowing seeds About the excess
usage of seeds in traditional method.
Mainly in India there were many farmers. Are from rural areas and to implement idea. These
activity is mainly on the sowing seeds To avoid access usage of seeds in traditional way of
irrigation.

Elements, Features and Special Notes

To avoid such problems, I want make product related to seed sowing The elements to make
this product are a iron pipe,u shape funnel,low flowover sink. Features of this are:the iron
pipe acts as transformer and low flowover sink control heavy flow of seeds. This will more
useful to farmer

Envionment :

∙General Impression of the Theme, Style, Materials & Atmosphere

Modern technology has produced a variety of new solutions and techniques in this respect.
Many countries are using the modern methods for agricultural ,not in India the agricultural is
done by wooden plough and bulls following the traditional method. As the iron which is an
environment free and it is an environment free product.

incense of using modern machinery in agriculture causes pollution it harms acquatic also but
traditional method is free of environmental. This imbalance is partially due to ineffective

Design Issues and problem Identification

2.1 Identifying the user needs
Through research gap and from A.E.I.O.U we have identified that farmers
follow the traditional method in most of cases like sowing ,replantation and
fertilizing and weeding to avoid these we design the seeding funnel ,so the users
need something which is useful in reduce the excess usage of seeds
So,we have decided to prepare a seeding funnel with enviroment free materials
and light weight object.

2.2 Jobs to be done(JTBD)

Job –job is to utilise the product for sowing seeds.
