to you, a couple of weeks


ago, I had a terrible
headache,
backache, legache and I
wasn’t sleeping well because
I was training in the gym
three
hours a day and making a lot
of effort.
Body:
So, mi mom advised me to
visit a doctor, he told me the
following: That I shouldn’t
exercise too much, that I
should start sleeping 8 hours
a day and that I should rest
my
muscles for at least 2 or 3
days or else I could get
injured. The doctor was very
kind and
patient with me. Also, he has
prescribed me some
medicines and vitamins to
recover.
Conclusion:
In the last week, I have
felt better following the
doctor’s recommendations,
I also
improved my diet and better
organized my times to sleep
eight hours a day
