Subject: Issue of Temporary connection for work of Revamping and refurbishment of 33/11 KV
Lakhwar Substation, Kandiyan, Tehri Garhwal against L.O.I No.

With reference to your above mentioned request letter it is to inform that the tariffs (As
per Electricity Supply Code 2020 of Gou) For 2KW connection are as follows.

1. Processing Fees :Rs. 1000

2. Security Amount :Rs 24000 (4000 per KW per month (4000*2*3)).
3. Material Security :Rs 5000 (Refundable but in case of any damage to material or
equipment 10% of the material security shall be Deducted.)
4. Cost of material :Rs 24307
Total Amount :Rs 54307

The Payment are to be made through separate Demand Draft in favour of General Manager
(Civil), Lakhwar Project, Dakpathar. You are also requested to submit a notorized affidavit
on Rs. 100 stamp regarding No objection from your end to deduct the amount against
Electricity Consumption from the bills / invoice of works against L.O.I No-
Further UJVN Limited is only responsible providing the supply upto metering end. Electrical
safety norms and Statutory norms shall be ensured from your end.
