TAKE NOTICE that I, MUGABI GODFREY, the lawful attorney of IDD


IWUMBWE of P.O. Box 11034 Kampala who claims an interest in the
above-described land as purchaser of 1.5 acres thereof and forbid any
transaction, transfer or sub-division thereof until after notice of such
transaction, transfer or sub-division is given to me through the address
hereinafter mentioned

I appoint Messrs Kaddu & Partners Advocates, Plot 90/92


Kanjokya Street- Kamwokya, 3rd Floor, Kanjokya House, P.O. Box
11034 Kampala as the place at which notices relating to this caveat may
be served.

STATUTORY DECLARATION

I, MUGABI GODFREY of P.O. Box 11034 Kampala solemnly declare that:

1. I am a male adult Ugandan of sound mind, the lawful attorney of


Iddi Iwumbwe.

2. On the 28th day of October 2016 Iddi Iwumbwe acquired 1.5 acres
being part of the above described land from SONIA MUKASA, a
relative and representative of the owners of the said land. A copy
of the Land Sale Agreement is attached hereto and marked “A”.

3. Iddi Iwumbwe made full payment of the consideration to SONIA


MUKASA.

4. Sonia Mukasa undertook to cause the subdivision and transfer of


the land into the names of Iddi Iwumbwe.

5. That I have reason to suspect that the above-described land may


be disposed of to a third party without my knowledge or that of
Iddi Iwumbwe.

6. I make this declaration in support of a caveat forbidding any


transaction on the above-described land without my knowledge.

7. Whatever is stated hereinabove is true and correct to the best of


my knowledge and belief.

WHEREFORE I make this solemn declaration conscientiously


believing it to be true, in accordance with the Statutory Declarations Act.
