Greatest professional achievement

One of my greatest achievements has been the challenge of being a Product Manager without previous
experience and being able to meet the expectations of my superiors and even more so lead the team with
excellent results. At the beginning I had to prepare almost on my own for the amount of things I didn't
know and at the same time manage the workload and try to give results, the process of adaptation and
complete understanding took me two weeks and from then on I was able to have mastery of the tools that
had to be used. Subsequently, I had to give individual results and as a team too, to the surprise of my
team, I obtained the best results being the newbie since I devised and created content and scripts that I
used in my campaigns to try to have a more human and comprehensive approach to the needs of the
clients. I shared my ideas with my teammates and we worked collectively to excel as a team and improve
individual results, I contributed in my time with eleven new clients to the company in a new just created
team and helped redefine the strategies to reach the market we wanted. My success was even known to
other teams from different countries and they used my content as an example and contacted me for advice
or to give my point of view in the creation of their content and campaigns. There I realized my capacity
for adaptation and innovation combined with the resilience that characterizes me to be able to face
challenges and always give my best in any field. Those have been my greatest professional achievements,
the power to overcome obstacles in the workplace and demonstrating my determination to achieve
success, becoming a leader for my teammates by innovating and creating ideas that turned into successful
stories and making a difference, leaving my touch, my personal mark, a positive impact that cannot be
forgotten.
