SANTA FE’S ALL RISK PROTECTION GROUP POLICY

Santa Fe, whom you have chosen to undertake the removal of your household goods, has arranged a special All Risk Protection Group Policy
which is underwritten by the world’s leading Underwriters. Santa Fe is the owner of the Group Policy.

Why enroll in Santa Fe’s All Risk Protection Group Policy?

Even though every care will be taken by Santa Fe, you will appreciate that the distances involved, coupled with the rigours of an international
transit, means that on occasion loss and/or damage to your goods may occur. You are therefore strongly recommended to enroll in Santa Fe’s All
Risk Protection Group Policy to ensure that you are duly compensated for any loss which may occur.

What does the All Risk Protection Group Policy cover and what does it exclude?

This Group Policy offers you "All Risk" coverage on a Door to Door basis, subject to the terms and conditions detailed herein.
As with any protection cover, our All Risk Protection Group Policy has incorporated a number of Exclusions which are detailed in the Terms and
Conditions of the policy. Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions prior to agreeing to enroll in our All Risk
Protection Group Policy, to avoid unnecessary surprises should you need to make a claim.

How do I enroll in Santa Fe’s All Risk Protection Group Policy?

(Step 1) You will be required to complete the enclosed Enrolment Form.

(Step 2) You have two (2) ways to value your goods.

(A) Use the “Lump Sum” method of valuation.

Here, each “cubic meter” of goods is given a fixed value. You do not need to complete the valued inventory in detail. There is no
need to figure out the value of small or inexpensive items because each cubic meter is allocated the same value.

(B) Use the “Item by Item” method of valuation.

Here, you will need to list and to value anything included in your shipment, under the appropriate category. Groupings can be used
(e.g. 10 t-shirts at $100.00) but it assumed that each item in a grouping is equally valued (e.g. $10.00/t-shirt).

Please make use of the blank spaces provided under each category. Please continue on a separate sheet of paper if necessary.
Should you feel the form is too restrictive, or if you would prefer to compile your own valued list, please feel free to do so. Please
note however, that you should still complete the information at the top of the form, sign and date the enrolment, before returning
both documents to Santa Fe.
(Step 3) When you have completed the form, please sign and date the enrolment form prior to returning to Santa Fe.
(Step 4) You must return a copy to Santa Fe, who will then provide you with a copy to retain by yourself.

Small tips about this protection coverage

 Every item you intended to move must be covered

If you use the “Item by Item” method of valuation, every item that is being moved has to be included in your protection valuation.
Underwriters cannot accept your enrolment on certain items only. This is known as Selective protection and unfairly selects against the
Underwriters, who is providing cover based on a wide spread of risks associated with household goods.

 Replacement cost at destination

Your effects must be covered at the replacement retail cost at destination.

It is accepted that you may have difficulty knowing the exact values at destination, but you should have a reasonably good idea of the
comparable cost of living in the country to which your goods are being shipped.

 Do not undervalue your shipment

Please note that in the event of a claim, under valuation will result in 'the application of average'’ which means, for example, if you value a
chair for USD100.00 but the new replacement cost at destination is USD200.00. In the event of a repairable damage claim you will be
deemed to have under-valued by 50%. You would receive only 50% of the repair cost.

3
Small tips about this protection coverage (continued)

 It is your interest to provide as much detail as possible .

You will need to list the quantity of each item which you will be moving (in the column marked 'QTY') and enter the value of the item(s) in the
column adjacent. For example, if you have 10 chairs in the dining room valued at US$100.00 each you should write:

QTY ARTICLE VALUE

10 Chairs US$1,000.00

However, if 2 of the chairs are worth, for example US$200.00 each, then you should list, and if possible identify them separately as follows:

QTY ARTICLE VALUE

8 Chairs (dining) US$800.00
2 Chairs (carver) US$400.00

Once you have listed all items, total the values in each column to produce a grand total.

 Declare your high value items

High value items are not normally shipped in a household goods shipment so any item or set valued at over US$1,500.00 (or equivalent in
other currencies) must be specially declared and valued.

Please note that Underwriters of our All Risk Protection Group Policy may require proof of ownership and/or value of any items claimed
missing or damaged.

 Storage coverage extension

Your coverage under our All Risk Protection Group Policy begins from the time your goods are professionally packed at your residence and
continues during the ordinary course of transit, including customary transshipment, until the goods are finally delivered to your residence.
Our All Risk Protection Group Policy includes free coverage on any interim storage coverage for up to 90 days at warehouse at origin and for
up to 90 days after arrival at warehouse at destination.

It is important any requests for further storage coverage extension, beyond the free 90 days period, are made to Santa Fe prior to the expiry
of the 90 days period.

Please note there is no free storage coverage period for storage shipment, local moves, local office moves or origin packing shipments.

What happens if my covered goods are lost or damaged in transit?

In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim for goods which have been lost or damaged in transit, please ensure that due notice is
given to either the Santa Fe station that enrolls you in the All Risk Protection Group Policy, or the origin/destination agent, or the policy
administrator - Pac Global Ins. Brokerage, Inc., within 30 days from the date of delivery. Failure to notify loss/damage within the time limits
specified will void coverage.
It is important that at the time of notification, full details of any losses and/damages are provided.
Following your initial notification, you are allowed a further 60 days to forward documentation in support of your claim.
Please note that you must retain all the damage items until your claim has been settled otherwise Underwriters can decline your claim.
You can contact the Santa Fe stations, or Pac Global Ins. Brokerage, Inc., or to reach Santa Fe’s website at www.santaferelo.com to obtain a
complete set of claim forms.

LUMP SUM PROTECTION COVERAGE

Insurers of our All Risk Protection Group Policy are pleased to provide an option whereby if you elect not to
complete the valued inventory in detail (by listing out all the items you wish to cover), you can now simply
declare a lump sum value.

Please read the below important remarks for the Lump Sum Protection coverage.

- The chargeable scale is based on cubic meter (i.e. CBM). One (1) cubic meter is equivalent to 35.32
cubic feet.

- Each cubic meter of goods is given a fixed value at the minimum of US$2,750.00 (or equivalent in other
currencies). You may declare at a higher value if required but cannot declare at the value less than
US$2,750.00/cubic meter.

- Minimum volume is at one (1) cubic meter (or US$2,750.00).

- Any item or set valued in excess of US$1,500.00 (or equivalent in other currencies) must be separately
listed and are in addition to the US$2,750.00 per cubic meter calculation.

- Final chargeable scale will be based on the actual measurement of the shipment after packing and
crating has been completed.

You do not need to complete the below column if you choose the “Item By Item” Protection coverage for your shipment. This
column is for the “Lump Sum” Protection Coverage only.

(A) Total Cubic Capacity of your shipment

(One cubic meter is equivalent to 35.32 cuft) cubic meter(s)

6
(B) @ US$2,750.00 per cubic meter
(i.e. Section A x US$2,750.00 = Section B) = US$

(C) Plus the total of any items valued in excess of

US$1,500.00 as listed on this inventory.
(You can make use of the itemized valued = US$
inventory form at next page or you can use your
own list for any items valued at over
US$1,500.00)

(D) Household Goods Total

(i.e. Section B + Section C = Section D) = US$

(E) Automobile = US$

GRAND TOTAL:
(i.e. Section D + Section E = GRAND TOTAL) = US$

You still need to sign the enrolment form noting and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the All Risk Protection
Group Policy. The signature box is on the next page.
