Estimate Amount:- Rs.12,000/(Rupees Twelve Thousand Only)

Since Silica gel is not available in our store and its necessary
for routine maintenance of transformer we have made local enquiry with leading suppliers
and the estimate was prepared . The accompanying estimate is for the Purchase of Silica
Gel at 220 KV Substation Aluva. There are 8 Nos of Power Transformers and two
Distribution (Auxiliary) Transformer are used in our substation. While doing routine
maintenance, it is essential to replace the damaged silica gel inside the breather of these
transformers. Silica gel is used to prevent any extra moisture from entering the
transformers which may bring forth many unnecessary damaging effects to the
transformers and the purchase of Silica gel is urgently required. Hence this estimate. The
estimate is prepared based on the budgetary offer collected from the suppliers.

The expenditure for the above supply as per the
accompanying estimate may be met from the budget provision for O&M expenditure of 220
KV Substation Aluva for the financial year 2023-24.
