Dear Sir,

I Mr. Paresh V Chafe resident of Rustomjee Evershine Global City Avenue J BLDG No 49 To 52 CHS LTD
writing this letter to you for raising my objection against one of candidate mentioned in nomination list
displayed by you on our society notice board as mentioned in Reference 1 above.
I have mentioned details of the candidate contesting election in Reference No.2 above against whom I
would like to raise my objection.

A) Reason For Objection :

As per my knowledge and resident of the society I am aware that this candidate is having more than two
children’s hence candidate is not eligible for contesting election as per Section 73FF (1) (vii) of the MCS
Act. I strongly believe this candidate have hidden this fact from you while submitting the form, reasons
for hiding this fact from you as a returning officer shall be best known by the candidate only.

B) Status of Children :
As a resident of the society, I am well aware about the fact that this candidate has 2 Girl Childrens,
delivered as Twins and 1 Boy delivered later all are born after 2010. Which means this candidate has 3
kids in total.

C) Section 73FF (1) (vii) of the MCS Act :

a) As per Section 73FF (1) (vii) of the MCS Act it is clearly mentioned as any children’s born as twins
after the period of one year of commencement of this act shall be consider as 2 entities.
b) So as above amendment was implemented in September 2001.
c) Ideally any twins delivered post September 2002 shall be considered as 2 children.
d) So here for above candidate number of children’s is going to 3 which is violation of the said act.

 D) Prayer :
1) As a Returning officer for our society election, I urge you to pay urgent & serious
attention towards my above Objection letter.
2) Although information provided by me about the candidate is 100 % accurate & true, I will
also request you to Verify facts related to number of child’s and all 3 children’s age for
the referenced candidate.
3) I strongly believe you will take appropriate further actions & decisions after verifying all
the facts as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act – 1960 and
its all amendments.

I hope to see a positive response from you to my above objection letter with valid explanation for further
action or any decision made by you.

I would also like to say Thanks to you for all the efforts that you and your team is taking for putting all the
efforts so far for conducting election procedure smoothly till date.
