Returns to PUMA Retail Stores

• You may return any PUMA merchandise purchased on our US or Canadian site to any of
our PUMA stores in the US or Canada. To do so, you will need to bring your original
packing slip to confirm your order as well as the original form of payment to be credited.

Refunds
• Purchases made by debit or credit card (including pre-paid gift cards) and through PayPal
will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a PUMA Gift
Card, you will be issued a separate E-Gift Card for the refunded amount.
• Returns that have been properly initiated on us.puma.com and shipped from the US,
Alaska and Hawaii will begin processing within 24 hours once the package is scanned by
the carrier. Please note your financial institution return processing timelines before
reaching out with any concerns regarding your refund.
• Returns that are unable to be initiated or processed through us.puma.com can take 2-4
weeks to process. This includes orders from U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico) and
APO / FPO Addresses. Please make sure you select the right item you wish to return to
avoid re-charging and delays in refunding.
Return Exceptions
• PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, customized and personalized products.
Custom product orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material
defects, in which case you may contact customer service via phone or email for
assistance.
• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Apple, either online or at an Apple
Retail Store, can be returned to Apple. Apple products purchased through other retailers
must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and
documentation that were included when you received it.
• There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
• Opened software*
• Electronic Software Downloads
• Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
• Apple Store Gift Cards
• Apple Developer products (membership, technical support incidents, WWDC tickets)
• Apple Print Products
• *You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer.
Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker
on the software media packaging is broken.
• Electronics: Costco will accept returns within 90 days (from the date the member
received the merchandise) for Televisions, Tuner-Free Displays, Projectors, Major
Appliances (refrigerators above 10 cu. ft., freezers, ranges, cooktops, over-the-range
microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers), Computers, Touchscreen Tablets, Smart
Watches, Cameras, Aerial Cameras (drones), Camcorders, MP3 players and Cellular
Phones (return details will vary by carrier service contract).
• Diamonds: 1.00ct or larger: Members returning a diamond over 1.00ct must also present
all original paperwork (IGI and/or GIA certificates) at which time they will receive a
Jewelry Credit Memo. Within 48 hours, our Costco Graduate Gemologist will inspect for
authenticity.
• Cigarettes and alcohol: Costco does not accept returns on cigarettes or alcohol where
prohibited by law.
• Products with a limited useful life expectancy, such as tires and batteries, may be sold
with a product-specific limited warranty.
• Special Order Kiosk and Custom Installed Programs: Custom product(s) manufactured to
our member’s personal and unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded, except
for warranty repair/replacement due to failure to meet specifications.
• When returning items bought on Nike.com in a store, you do not need a receipt, whether
you purchased as a Nike member or a guest. However, to receive a full refund to your
original form of payment you will need to provide the order number. If you no longer
have the order number, you may still return your items for in-store credit.
• For store purchases, if you provided your Nike membership email address or had your
Nike Pass scanned during checkout, you do not need a receipt to return the items in a
store. If you purchased in a store and did not provide your Nike membership info, the
type of return you can make will depend on the type of receipt you have:
• Original store receipt: We’ll happily provide a full refund to your original form of
payment, or help you with an exchange.
• Gift receipt: We’ll provide you in-store credit for the amount of the receipt, or help you
with an exchange.
• No receipt: If the item is unworn and unwashed, we’ll provide in-store credit for the
current price of the item. We can also help you with an exchange.
