As a project/or seasonal employee, you were made aware that your continued
employment with the company is subject to the completion of a particular undertaking
or project OB/CW (Orchard Brands/Commercial Wear). Pursuant to the aforesaid
employment contract, please allow this letter to serve as its termination notice effective
December 13,2021. As such be informed that your clearance will be processed
immediately to facilitate last pay out. Kindly surrender all company property, records,
identification, etc. given to you or which are presently in your custody or possession prior
to such termination date. However, considering your admirable service, we are
pleased to inform you that should you wish to apply for other available positions
in the company in the future; you are more than welcome to do so.

Should you need further information concerning the ending of your employment
