AFFIDAVIT

I, TRIXIE GWENDOLYN DOLDOL, Filipino citizen, of legal age, widow, and a

resident of Atega Subd., Purok 6, Brgy. 9, Cabadbaran City, having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I am the widow of the deceased DANILO P. DOLDOL, the registered owner of

parcel of residential land, Lot No. 8, Block No. 17, Pcs-13-001200 with an area of
NINETY (90) SQUARE METERS and a residential house erected thereon situated
in Ideal Homes Subdivision Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City and covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-27506 of the Registry of Deeds for Butuan City and Tax
Declaration of Real Property No. 20-06-0003-09148 of the Office of the City
Assessor, Butuan City;;

2. Together with my two children, CRAIG ELWIS P. DOLDOL and SHANNYLLE

TRIXZYL GWYN P. DOLDOL, we sold, conveyed, and transferred
abovementioned property to SPOUSES EDWARD JOHN C. TY and GLEZZA
TAMBABA TY;

3. CRAIG ELWIS P. DOLDOL is a Filipino citizen, of legal age, single, and with the
same residence at Atega Subd., Purok 6, Brgy. 9, Cabadbaran City;

4. SHANNYLLE TRIXZYL GWYN P. DOLDOL is a Filipino citizen, a minor, single,

and also with the same residence at Atega Subd., Purok 6, Brgy. 9, Cabadbaran
City; and

5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and to
comply with the requirements of the Register of Deeds for Butuan City.

FURTHER AFFIANTS SAYETH NONE.
