NATIONAL DISASTER RESILIENCE MONTH

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT 2023

As stated in the NDRRMC Memorandum No. 042 s. 2023 on the Observance of the
National Disaster Resilience Month with this year’s theme “BIDANG Pilipino: Building a
Stronger Filipino Well-being towards Disaster Resilience”, which focuses on ensuring that
well-being of every Filipino is well taken care of so that they can efficiently contribute in our
effort to build a disaster resilient nation.

This month long celebration provide opportunities for every Filipino family as to learn,
engage, and contribute to a safer and more resilient future. By embracing the themes of
unity, sustainability, and personal responsibility, they can develop preparedness and
resilience that will withstand the challenges of natural disasters.

In observance in the National Disaster Resilience Month. Our school undertook

relevant activities that emphasized Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM).
1. Intensive implementation and updating of the Standardized School DRRM Team.
2. Establishment of the School DRRM Corner/Space/Info Wall
3. Posting of Updated Emergency Hotline and Evacuation Plan/Map.
4. Conduct of related activities to ensure heightened awareness, consciousness, and
mitigation among School Administrators, Teachers, Personnel and Learners.
