Invitation to the Trace Awards – October 21, 2023 - Rwanda

Dear Amira Zouhair,

This letter is to inform you that you have been shortlisted for nomination in one or more
categories for the inaugural Trace Awards - Celebration of African and Urban-inspired
music and culture - set to take place in Kigali, Rwanda, on Saturday, October 21, 2023,
before 7,000 fans and 350 million viewers.

This unprecedented event will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of Trace, which has
become the leading platform for promoting Afro-urban music in Africa and worldwide. Over
these two decades, we have proudly built cultural bridges that connect people worldwide
through the power of music and artists like yourself.

This letter outlines the primary conditions of your participation in the Trace Awards.

As part of the event, all nominees will have the opportunity to perform at least one song
with unique collaborations, meticulously prepared in partnership with each nominee and
their management.

This exceptional collaborative experience aims to differentiate and highlight the various
talents of the Afro-urban music industry, creating exclusive and memorable moments for
fans worldwide.

Trace commits to providing a unique and flawless experience for all participating artists.
Therefore, if you confirm your participation, we are pleased to inform you that Trace will
cover all costs related to the Trace Awards. This will include:

1. An air ticket guaranteeing a comfortable travel experience

2. Accommodation in a luxury 4-star hotel in Kigali, providing a comfortable and
relaxing environment throughout your stay.
3. In addition to your comfort, Trace will pay nominal fees and daily allowances as a
thank you for your participation in the event.
4. On-site transport and security meeting the strictest international standards.
5. The opportunity to visit the beautiful tourist attractions of Kigali and Rwanda,
including world-renowned national parks and gorillas (limited availability).

The Trace Awards in Kigali will also be the perfect opportunity for Trace to introduce two
revolutionary digital platforms designed to uplift and empower African artists and
audiences:
Trace+: a global streaming platform dedicated to Afro-urban entertainment and
empowerment. It will allow a wide audience to access a broad range of Afro-urban
entertainment and Afro-urban educational services and activities based on videos.

Bettr: a groundbreaking Web 3.0 platform aimed at addressing the challenges related to
the collection and payment of music rights in Africa. This platform will ensure fair
compensation and streamlined processes for artists, rights holders, and stakeholders in
the music industry. We anticipate an exponential increase in music rights revenues for
artists in Africa through Bettr.

If you agree and are excited to join the Trace Awards 2023, please return your signature.
The nominees will be announced in early July 2023. You may request specific conditions
concerning your participation. Once you confirm your availability to be in Kigali, Rwanda,
between October 20 and 22, 2023, we will contact you to address your needs.

You will find more information about the event in the attached appendix.

I look forward to your participation and a fruitful collaboration between Trace and yourself,
as Trace provides this unique platform for Urban artists to be recognized and celebrated
both in Africa, Maghreb and worldwide.

My team and I will be happy to answer all your questions and finalize our discussion.

Yours sincerely,
