Printed Modular I monitored the learner’s learning
Delivery Modality process and outputs via group chats of
parents/ Home Learning Facilitators
on social medias, with call and text.
I had a problem in in reaching
the parents/ Home Learning Facilitators
especially working parents at daytime.
Most parents had only the basic phones who
they are not connected online for follow up.
I consulted parents with no social media
accounts via call & text every afternoon.
I also reminded them to text me if ever
they encounter problems. I scheduled
time of calling them.

I provided answer sheets with writing Pupils had a difficulty in reading the instructions I kept on reminding the parents that the
