ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN VI
SEMESTRAL PLATE: A PROPOSED THEME PARK
Proposal Brief:
An international developer is eyeing to expand their theme parks in Southeast Asia.
With the Philippines emerging as a top choice in their study, they partnered with a local
theme park developer to establish their base in the country. After careful
consideration, your architecture firm was awarded to provide feasibility studies and
architectural services to carry out their ideas into reality.
The developers wanted to create an iconic theme park yet still suitable to the Filipino
palette. They envision the park to become a destination in Luzon along existing tourist
corridors. Ultimately, they want the theme park to be a catalyst of a tourism-oriented
district that they are eyeing to establish around the development.
