HOW TO REGISTER PATIENTS

A. PROCEDURE TEXT
Procedure
1. Patients come to the registration health center starting at 07.30 WIB
2. Patients go through screening examinations
3. Patients are invited to enter by the screening officer, then take the queue number according
to the intended poly
4. After taking the queue number, the patient then waits in the registration waiting room
5. After hearing the queue number being called, the patient goes to the registration officer,
conveys the intent and purpose and submits the identity
6. After receiving an explanation from the registrar, the patient waits in front of the poly
according to the purpose of the examination
