An essential element in attaining success lies in forming a robust and steadfast management
team. This is facilitated by the leaders of the organization. Today, we extend our warm welcome
to one such leader within our university, who has exhibited unwavering resilience in the face of
challenges. Despite the obstacles confronting the organization and the fortuitous events testing
our greatest assets—our employees.
To give us her opening remarks let us welcome Madam President, Esther Susan N. Perez-Mari,
MSc, FM, MD, Ph.D., (But unfortunately she wasn’t here) so she will be represented by: Attty
Lourdes Baricaua she stands out as one of the brightest legal minds in the legal field,
embodying wisdom and bravery. Her significant contributions to her profession as a former labor
arbiter are undeniable. Again Atty Lourdes Baricaua, the executive vice president.

It is imperative that the organization success lies on the stable management which is
determinative of its competitive advantage among others where there is a visible cut throat
competition. Organizations' competitive advantage allows a company or an organization to
achieve and maintain superior margins, a better growth profile and TO achieve this, internal
management must be highly competitive and systematic. How can this be achieved? The answer
lies in internal audits and third-party accreditation and assessment. Now to give us a better of
this: Let us welcome our lead auditor: Engr. Allan Carandang to give us an overview of the
assessment.
END: Thank you, sir, for concluding the first segment of this three-day recertification program.
We trust that everyone will be prepared for the audit properly.
