AHappy Easter to you and your family as we are still inthe Easter season.This term is the
final term of the academic year 2023-2024 and we would like to continue to improve and
work together for the benefit of our boys and the school.
1. Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA): The Visualand Performing Arts Programme
in school resumes this term. Please send your contribution in the envelopes
provided.
2. Punctuality: Too many boys are late on mornings. If a child is persistently late, he
will be referred to the Social Worker as this is ahome issue.
3 Lost Items: Manyunlabelled items are misplaced and when found, it is difficult to
identify the owners. Kindly label all your son's items and instillin him the importance
of securing his property.
4. Charity Project: Last term, some class charity projects included families from San
Fernando Boys' R.C. School.
5 Collection of students: School dismissal: Infants: 2:30p.m. and Standards 1 - 5:
3:00p.m. Please collect your boys on time.

Thursday 16th - Staff meeting. School will be dismissed at 1:00p.m. Please ensure
that your son is collected on time.
Tuesday 21st - Diversity Day
Thursday 30th - Corpus Christi and Indian Arrival Day holidays. There will be NO
SCHOOL on this day.Corpus Christi. First Communion students and Cubs Scouts must
attend Mass/ Procession in uniform. All other pupils are also invited to participate in
their school uniforms. Mass begins at 8:30a.m.

Wednesday 19th Labour Day. There will be NO SCHO0L on this day.

Monday 1st - Daddy's Day from 8:30a.m. to3:00p.m. Venue to be announced. Every
boy is expected to attendwith his father or male role model.
Thursday 4th - Collection of Report Books
Friday 5h School closes for July/August vacation.
