Dear Ma’am/Sir,

Good day!

We are writing this letter to inform your management regarding on our concern the scattered large
stones, installation of fence and unstable water supply on our rented area Lot 3-A.

First, the scattered large stones on the said area has not been removed until now even though we
have informed your office for several times since last year, also the installation of fence on the open
area. Two (2) representative from your office came and checked the said area and promised to fix it
but until now nothing happens. Also, we raised it again to Ms. Elena Haw on our meeting last May 05,
2023 – Ms. Elena promised to visit and inspect the concerned area but she didn’t came up to this
day. Another is that your management promises us that you will lay gravels on the said area and you
ask us to move the units/trucks so you can start putting the fence – we already moved our units but
up to now no one is starting to put up the fence, it affects our daily operation due to lacking of
parking space.

Due to this lack of your management, our top management wants to demand a penalty for your
office for not fixing the said concern, and our daily operation is affected because we cannot park
some units on the area which has large stones and sometimes we lose things due to no fence is
installed. It is also necessary to use a roller (pison) on the said area for it to be flattened. (Kindly see
attached photo on the next page for your reference)

Second, we also had a problem with our water supply in the area. We are paying our consumption on
time but the water supply is unstable. We have concerned this to your office for how many times but
still there is no change, the water supply is still unstable and sometimes no water at all. We need a
stable supply of water for our daily operation, we also called Mr. Calvin last Monday - May 08, 2023
but until now we have no update on why the water supply on our area is unstable.

We hope that you will give consideration to our complaint and suggestion regarding this matter,
