ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
NARRATIVE AND STATISTICAL REPORT
Month of January 2024

I. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACTIVIES THIS MONTH:

Attended meeting with the Child Development Workers. Conducted series of
meetings with the parents Day Care parents for the upcoming February 10
Family Day. Hold the Medical and Dental Check-up for this year 2024 which was
sponsored by the Barangay Council.

II. RESOURCES GENERATED AND PARTNERSHIP ESTABLISHED :

Working closely with the Barangay officials, DSWD and Parents and Guardians.
Scheduled and decimated information to the proper parties to ensure proper
communication and support by the parents for the programs and preparations
of the Family Day and Free Medical and Dental Check-up.

III. CHALLENGED ENCOUNTERED:

There were some parents who were not present during the meeting that are not
interested to attend due to financial difficulty. Many children were absent due
to the hot temperature.

IV. ACTION TAKEN AND RECOMMENDATION:

Look for venue that are free to minimize their expenses. Give solicitation letters
to provide opportunity to others to look for help from their relatives and friends
for the upcoming family day. Encouraged parents to give more fluid to their
children when they are sick and take time to rest.

IV. NEXT STEP:

Looking forward for the Prince and Princes of Heart
, early Enrollment and work closely with the DSWD for further instructions and
directives for the coming new year 2024.

Month of December 2023

I. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACTIVIES THIS MONTH:

Successfully celebrated Christmas parties with the Day Care children and their
parents in the three Sessions. Received the last food supply of the Supplemental
Feeding for this year 2023.

II. RESOURCES GENERATED AND PARTNERSHIP ESTABLISHED :

Working closely with the Barangay officials, DSWD and Parents and Guardians.
Scheduled and decimated information to the proper parties to ensure proper
communication and support by the parents for the programs and preparations
of the Christmas parties.

III. CHALLENGED ENCOUNTERED:

There were some parents who were not present during the meeting that are
complaining with the contributions for the Christmas parties.

IV. ACTION TAKEN AND RECOMMENDATION:

Patiently explained to them the plan and how the group came up with the figure
for the contributions and how things should be done smoothly in person and in
the chat group. Continue to seek help from parents and guardians support
group for the feeding program and other classroom activities. The parents that
still around because their child didn’t want to be left, I made them as shadow
teachers.

IV. NEXT STEP:

Work closely with the DSWD for further instructions and directives for the
coming new year 2024.

IX. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACTIVIES THIS MONTH:

Received and distributed the food supply of the Supplemental Feeding. Gave a
courtesy meeting of the winning candidates of the recent Barangay Election.
Attended Child Development Workers Monthly Meeting last November 21, 2023.
Joined the Caravan of Gov. Gwen Garcia last November 28, 2023. Attended the
SOCA of our Hon. City Mayor of Talisay. Participated the Children’s Contest in
line with the Children’s Month Celebration and won the 1 st Prized in the Singing
Category. Looking forward for the coming Christmas program of the Children
and parents

XI. CHALLENGED ENCOUNTERED:

There are still some children are still adjusting the daily classroom activities.
Many waiting parents and guardians are still around the corners.

IV. ACTION TAKEN AND RECOMMENDATION:

Continue to be more patient and seek help from parents and guardians support
group for the feeding program and other classroom activities. The parents that
still around because their child didn’t want to be left, I made them as shadow
teachers.

XII. NEXT STEP:

month of the school year 2023 and the upcoming year 2024.

Month of September 2023

XIII. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACTIVIES THIS MONTH:

September 4 Opening of Classroom classes and activities for the Enrolled 70
preschoolers this school year. Orientation of Parents and conducted Parents
Monthly Meeting last September 20, 2023. Supervised the election of Day Care
Service Parents Support Group. Attended Child Development Workers Monthly
Meeting last September 22, 2023. Attended the Refresher’s Training of Standard
Child Growth – September 28 & 29. Continue to receive the second delivery of
food supply cycle 13.

XIV. RESOURCES GENERATED AND PARTNERSHIP ESTABLISHED :

Working closely with the Barangay officials, DSWD and Parents and Guardians.
Scheduled and decimated information to the proper parties to ensure good
turned out of attendance and support by the parents by creating a Group Chat.

XV. CHALLENGED ENCOUNTERED:

Many children are still adjusting the daily classroom activities. Many waiting
parents and guardians are still around the corners. Still many children from the
neighborhood wants to play on the center during Saturday and Sunday.
Collection of Garbage was not regular.

IV. ACTION TAKEN AND RECOMMENDATION:

Continue to be more patient and seek help from parents and guardians support
group for the feeding program and other classroom activities. Asked assistance
from the Barangay Officials for the garbage disposal.

V. NEXT STEP:
Work closely with the DSWD for further instructions and directives for school
year 2023-2024.
