1.Lynchee and strawberry mojito

+ 1/3 glass of ice
+ 1 cup of apple juice
+ 2 slices of strawberry
+ 2 pieces of lynchee
+2 mints leave (smash it in glass using wood tool) – reason make it smell good
+top up with sprite
Note: no blending, decorate by 2 slide of strawberry and top mint
2. mango lynchee smoothie
+ using blender machine
+ 2 glass of ice
+ 4 pieces of lynchee
+ 1 cup 30ml of apple juice
+ 2 cups 30ml of lynchee syrup
+ 2 cups 30ml of mango puree
Note: put everything in blender and using the button smoothy, decorate same
above
3. Lynchee caplis
+ using blender machine
+1,5 of ice
+ 5 pieces of lynchee
+1 cup 30ml of apple juice
+ 4 cups of caplis water
Note: put everything in blender and press smoothy button, decorate same above
4. Lemon and Lime mint crush
+using blender machine
+1,5 of ice
+2 slides if lemon
+2 slides of lime
+ 5 mints leave
+ 3,5 cups 30ml of lemon coriander
Note: put everything in blender and press crush button, decorate with 1 slide of
lemon or lime and top mint
5. Lemon lime bitter
+ 1/3 glass of ice
+ 2 slices of lemon
+ 2 slices of lime
+ 2 circle of the bitter coriander
+ 1 cup 30ml of lemon coriander
+ top up with sprite
Note: not blending, decorate with top mint
