General Changes
=========================================================
- Fairy-type is now in the game, replacing what was previously the ??? type.
- All Pokémon that are Fairy-type in Gen VI onwards are also Fairy-type in Altered
Platinum.
- Rotom's five alternate forms take the secondary type that they have in the Gen V
games and onward (they are not Ghost-type like the normal Platinum).
- As in Generation VI games and onward, Steel takes 1x damage from Dark and Ghost
attacks.
- Some fossil Pokemon are no longer Rock-type. If I think the type benefitted them,
it remained.

=========================================================
Ice Type Changes
=========================================================
- Ice is the only type which has had its relations changed from vanilla- this is
because I feel Ice is a grossly underpowered type.
- The changes made were chosen both for thematic and gameplay reasons. Ice's
resistances do not nerf already-underpowered offensive types.
- With these changes, Ice is still weak to the common Fire and Fighting, plus
Steel, but its key resistances to popular attacking types give Ice a real
chance to take on a defensive role. Ground, Water and Dragon are very common
offensive types without a lot of competition- and they are all,
at least on offense, perhaps better than they deserve to be. With Ice resisting
these, but still being weak to a couple of popular types as before,
it is balanced out, and allows for more interesting things to be done with the type
as a whole.
- Keeping type chart changes limited to Ice also makes it easier to remember.

Ice now takes 0.5x from Ground.

Ice now takes 1x from Rock.
Ice now takes 0.5x from Water.
Ice now takes 0.5x from Dragon.

Ground: It is weak to Ice.

Rock: To remove Ice's crippling weakness to Stealth Rock. Also, ice is often
responsible for erosion alongside water- due to freezing water expanding,
widening cracks and weakening stone. Ice remains 1x against Rock offensively, but I
feel it really doesn't need a weakness to it.

Water: Ice is solidified water, giving it an elemental relation to Water. Also,

Water needed to be taken down a peg somehow.

Dragon: It is weak to Ice. As well, many Dragon-types can use Fire moves, and with
Ice's old weakness to Rock- a type which Dragons can also often use-
it made Ice a very bad answer to Dragon, even though it's supposed to be useful
versus it.
This resistance is coveted for any type that has it.
