BODY AND FACE SHOWER GEL (FROM SCRATCH).
To produce 15 liters of shower gel

Materials
1. Nitrosol 200g
2. Soda ash 200g
3. Sulphuric acid 350ml
4. SLS 150ml
5. Vitamin E 60ml
6. Glycerin 60ml
7. Colour 2 tablespoons
8. Perfume 2 tablespoons

METHOD
● Measure 10 liters of water in a 20L bucket.
● Add your Nitrosol gently and keep turning. This is the
thickener.
● In a separate small bowl, add Soda ash and 100ml water
and mix
● Do same with SLS
● Add them as listed above in the Nitrosol solution one after
the other.
● Add vitamin E, glycerin and perfume
● Lastly add 20 ml of water in a bowl and mix the color before
you add in the solution.
● Mix properly and your liquid wash is ready.

This can be customized into lightening, whitening, or moisturizing

shower gels.

MOLATO CARROT MIX SOAP
This is a very simple, quick and very effective whitening carrot
body mix-soap. The formulation varies from formulator to
formulator. It’s a bit pricey to produce.

In this class I will explain a simple effective Molato Soap which

you can make money from when you sell it.

As the name implies, it’s a MIX SOAP meaning, it’s a combination

of different already finished carrot soaps in the market.

Materials
Soaps to use are:
1. 1 Ashante carrot soap
2. 1 Larissa soap (orange one)
3. 1 Nano carrot soap
4. Liquid soap (100ml-150ml)
5. Lactic acid (5ml)
6. Propylene glycol (10ml)
7. Allantoin powder (10g)
8. Any whitening powder of your choice. (5g) e.g Snow White
or glutathione powder.
9. 1% of preservatives.

METHOD
● Grate all the soaps together, add the liquid wash and
preservatives. Store it until it becomes pasty.
● Leave overnight and blend using a hand mixer but if you
don’t have a hand mixer, you can keep to soften for 2-7 days
before you mix or blend.
● After blending, add whitening powder, allantoin, propylene
glycol and lactic acid, mix again and package.

Soap can be used after 24 hours of package.

BLACK SOAP

BABY BLACK SOAP

1. 1 wrap of black soap
2. 2 tablespoons of shea butter
3. 2 tablespoons of almond oil or jojoba oil.
4. 2 tablespoons of camwood
5. 1 tablespoon of Allantoin powder
6. 5mls of Perfume
7. 1% preservatives (optional)

If the kid is above 5, you can add

8. 2 tablespoons of Neem powder.
9. 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
10. 1 tablespoon of carrot oil

METHOD

 ● Get a clean bowl
● Open and break the black soap into the bowl, add water and
make it a paste
● Soak overnight to soften.
● Next morning, add all the above ingredients according to the
measurement above, mix with a blender or turning stick and
package.

Soap is ready to use after 24 hours of packaging.

LIGHTENING BLACK SOAP

1. 1 Wrap of black soap
2. 1 pack of Ghana soap
3. 1 of Ashante soap carrot
4. 500ml liquid wash/water
5. 5 tablespoons of Neem powder
6. 5 tablespoons of orange peel powder
7. 5 tablespoons of camwood powder
8. 2 tablespoons of activated charcoal
9. 2 tablespoons of carrot oil
10. 2 tablespoons of citric or lactic acid
11. 4 tablespoons of Allantoin
12. 20 ml of propylene glycol
13. 5mls of Perfume.
14. 1% of preservatives.

METHOD
● Shred and grate all the soaps in a bowl.
● Add the liquid wash or water
● Mix and set aside for 24 hours to dissolve
● or Melt via double broil method, I don't do this cos it reduces
the quantity a lot.
● Add all botanical powders and oils and mix together via
mixer or spatula or turning stick
● Package and it’s ready for use after 24 hours

WHITENING BLACK SOAP

1. Add all ingredients as listed in lightening black soap
2. Whitening oils/ serums e.g skin free milk 30ml, collagen
serum 30ml, lemon oil 20ml, glutathione comprime forte
serum and any other serum of your choice.
3. Whitening powders
● Licorice powder 3 tablespoons
● Niacinamide powder 2 tablespoons
● Glutathione powder 2 tablespoons
● Snow White powder 3 tablespoons.
