• Go to https://www.ebayglobalshipping.com/
• Click on "Login" option on the top right-hand
corner
• Sign in with your eBay username/registered
email address and password
• Upon successful login, accept the eBay User
Agreement and eBay’s Privacy Policy
• On the next page, accept the EGS Agreement
• Update appropriate User Profile details such as your
name, city, pin code, state, country, PAN and AD
Bank code
• Please ensure to upload the IEC, GSTIN, AD Bank
code letter and the SLI document
• On the next tab, click on “Add Pickup Address” to
add the address from where you would want the
Logistic Partners to pick up the items to be shipped
• Note that your registered eBay address is
automatically picked up from your eBay account. You
can add up to three additional pickup addresses
• Make sure you fill in all the mandatory fields and
upload the correct address proof.
• Files uploaded must be less than 4MB in pdf/png
/jpeg/jpg/doc/docx format
• Click on “Save”
• You will be redirected to the next page to upload the
KYC documents. In case you are not redirected, click
on 'KYC/Common Documents' from the top panel.
• Continue to upload necessary KYC documents as per the
“Type of Organization” you have selected in “Personal
Settings” page
• Uploading KYC documents is mandatory before applying for
any Logistics Partner.
• Please note once submitted, the uploading option will freeze.
In case if you want to change any details later, please raise a
dispute in Resolution Center. Once we provide the access,
you can proceed to change the required details.
• Once you upload the required documents, you will be
redirected to next page where you can apply for the Logistics
Partners of your choice. In case you are not redirected, click
on 'Logistics Partners' from the top panel.
• Then select the Logistic Partner FedEx as
FedEx
• Before applying for the Logistics Partners, Kindly
ensure that you have uploaded necessary KYC
documents (Aadhar / PAN etc.), as per the
Logistics Partner, in “KYC/Common Documents”
and “Personal Settings” pages.
• Upload the scans of the signed and stamped
documents. Files uploaded must be less than
4MB in pdf/ png /jpeg/jpg/doc/docx format
 Documentation Requirement (FedEx Document &
KYC ).

• PAN Card and Aadhar Card – Print should be clear. For the Aadhar card,
both sides are required with signed and Stamp.
• GST Certificate (all 3 pages).

• IEC Certificate.

• Address Proof (Bank Statement/Electricity bill)– The latest 2 month’s Bank

statement or electricity bill is needed, and the company address should be
the same as mentioned in the KYC form
• TAN certificate – sign and stamp copy(if available) & if not available then
share the declaration for same” This is to inform you that our company does
not have TAN number, so we will not deduct TDS.”

• Vernacular Declaration Only Required when Signature of the Authorized

Person is in language other than English.

• FedEx KYC Form.

• FedEx Export Checklist – Seller must fill the field of Company name only,
Account # will be fill by FedEx.

• FedEx Value Added Services & Surcharges (VASS)

* All Documents should be Sign and Stamp.

How to Fill the Account Opening Form.

• Mandatory filed is highlighted where details are mandatory to be

fill by Seller.

• For Business Address – It Should Match with GST and IEC

Address.

• For Partnership Additional documents are Aadhaar Card and

PAN Card of All Partners along with Partnership deed.

• For Private Limited ,Certification of Incorporation, Memorandum

of Association(MOA), Company PAN car, Signing director PAN
card & Aadhaar Card

• TAN no if not available, mention NA & then share the

declaration for same” This is to inform you that our company
does not have TAN number, so we will not deduct TDS.”
• GST exemption – If the seller is checking YES, he needs to tick
the reason and share a GSTIN exemption certificate.

• Invoice Preference - Seller always needs need to tick YES for

this field.

* All Documents should be Sign and Stamp.

 Verification completed by Logistic Partner & Account created

• An account is created by the Logistic Partner

after verification of the documents you have
uploaded.

• FedEx team will reach to you via email with

the FedEx Account number
How to GENERATE FEDEX KEYS

• Login the FedEx development recourse center by

clicking on http://www.fedex.com/us/developer/
• On the Technology Resources section (Upper left
corner), enter your User ID and password and select
Web Services for shipping. Click on Login.
• Once logged in, the user will be directed to the Web
Services page. On the left side of the page, under
FedEx Web Services, click on “Move to Production”.
 GENERATE FEDEX KEYS

• The user will be directed to the “Move to Production” page.

Click on Get Production Key”

• The User will be directed to the “Application Profile page”

• Please choose the following in the drop down
• Do you intend to resell your Software ? Choose “No”
• Please check the box next to each type of FedEx web
services you intend to use in your integration solution:
Click on “FedEx Web Services for Shipping (includes
Rate, Track, etc.)”
• Please indicate whether you are developing your FedEx
integration solution as a Corporate Developer or as a
Consultant. Select “Corporate Developer”
• Once selected, click on “Continue”

•Click on “I Agree” on the FedEx Web Services End User

GENERATE FEDEX KEYS

• On the contact information screen, please enter the required

information
• FedEx Account number : This will be your account number
• Company : This will by your company name
• Phone : This will be your phone number. The phone number
has to be on 10 digits starting with a + (e.g. +9822222222)
• Primary Email : Enter your email address
• Retype Primary Email : Re-enter the same email address
• Secondary Email address : Leave blank
• Retype Secondary Email address : Leave blank
• Address line 1 : This is mandatory. Enter your address as
registered with FedEx.
• Address line 2 This is optional. Enter your address as
registered with FedEx.
• City : Enter your City name
• State and Province : Leave blank
• Zip/Postal code : Enter your postal code
• Country : Select “India”
• Company mailing address : Please leave it as blank
• Once all the field are entered, click on continue.
 How to update the FEDEX KEYS on ebay global shipping

• Once FedEx keys generated , the keys must

be updated on the Logistic partner page for
FedEx

• Click on FedEx keys for web services and fill

in the required details accurately
(Authentication key, Password, Account
number & Meter number)

• Please ensure the details are inputted

correctly else you will not be able to proceed
with booking via FedEx
