Chocolate Carving, enhancing my culinary repertoire and skill set.

In my current role at Lincoln Academy of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management, I have been instrumental
in educating and mentoring aspiring culinary professionals. My responsibilities include conducting
lectures, practical demonstrations, and developing curriculum content aligned with industry best
practices.

During my tenure at Hotel Gunja, I served as a Commis III, where I consistently produced high-quality
dishes adhering to recipes, standards, and department specifications. I maintained strict adherence to
sanitation and safety standards, collaborated effectively with senior chefs, and managed a designated
kitchen station with accountability for specific menu items.

My internship experience in Bahrain at Asdal Gulf Inn & Boutique Hotel provided me with valuable
insights into international culinary practices. I demonstrated a commitment to learning and mastering
new culinary techniques, managing ingredient inventory efficiently, and upholding strict sanitation and
hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

I believe my experience aligns closely with the key duties and responsibilities outlined in the job
